A unique conservation project that combines residential and commercial spaces on the lively and vibrant Shabazi Street in Neve Tzedek neighborhood, Tel Aviv. The project includes six luxury units, one of which is a penthouse overlooking the beautiful vistas of the Mediterranean Sea and the old city of Jaffa, as well as four commercial units facing Shabazi Street.
