A conservation project in the heart of the Casa Loma neighborhood in Toronto, Ontario.
In the project, a building built in 1931 containing five housing units was converted into one prestigious villa that resembles the rest of the neighborhood.
The project included strengthening the foundations, deepening the basement, and constructing and renovating the house to a very high standard.

The project was sold and delivered.
