2.5 acres of land is part of the Park Hamada in Nes Ziona. Currently, zoning allows building rights up to 25,000 square meters designated for offices and commerce. The company is working with its partner, Prashkovsky Investments Ltd, to increase the building rights to approximately 35,000 square meters and is expected to start building the project in 2025.
