A conservation project in the heart of the leafy, high-end, and picturesque Forest Hill neighborhood in Toronto, Ontario. The project includes eight luxury housing units designed and executed to the highest of standards. It was founded on the preservation of the building that was originally built in 1920, and its renovation included the addition of an elevator, staircases, and roof terraces to the penthouses.
