A 6-story office building with three floors of over-ground parking in the Horowitz Park area in Rehovot. The building was built on top of a branch of Rami Levy chain stores Hashikma (2006) Ltd.

The supermarket was custom-made and built by Prashkovsky Group for the chain’s needs.
